Facilities Fee
Lithia Springs Resort & Wine Garden charges a $15 per night Facilities Fee to all reservations. This fee allows us to continue to create a welcoming and restful environment, offer a guest laundry facility, high-speed internet, tea service in the afternoons, and a delicious breakfast buffet in addition to other amenities.
Pet Policy
- A $30 fee per pet, and per night will be applied to your reservation if you are traveling with a pet
- We provide a special pet welcome gift upon check in for your furry friends!
- We only allow dogs and cats (cats must be crated at all times)
- Failure to register your pet with the front desk, or to book into a pet-friendly unit will result in a $100 fee per night and may result in your reservation being cancelled.
- You are responsible for your pet(s). This means that any noise disturbances, damages to the guest room or property, or disturbances on property may be assigned monetary value and billed to you, at the discretion of Lithia Springs Resort.

Advanced Deposit
Upon the time of making your reservation, we do take an advanced deposit as a way to guarantee your reservation. The advanced deposit covers your first night’s room and tax.
Incidentals Temporary Authorization
We do authorize your credit card for $50 at the time of check in for any incidentals that may occur during your stay. This is not a fee and will clear from your account after check out. Please note that this may take five to seven business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Smoking Policy
We are a non-smoking facility. All tobacco, vaping, and marijuana products are prohibited. Failure to follow the smoking policy will result in a $250 fee.
